Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 13 September 2026

The deal

By visiting The Young Capitalist, whether that's reading an article, subscribing to our newsletter, or following us on anywhere else, you're agreeing to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest move is to not use the site. Otherwise, welcome in.

Who we are?

The Young Capitalist is a content and media brand exploring business, entrepreneurship, investing, and finance for a young, ambitious audience. References to "we," "us," or "TYC" mean The Young Capitalist.

Using this site

You're free to read, share, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial use. What you can't do:

  • Copy, republish, or redistribute our articles, graphics, or branding without permission

  • Use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors or attempts to access it through unauthorized means

  • Scrape or bulk-extract our content for training, republishing, or resale

  • Use anything on this site to violate any applicable law

Intellectual property

Everything published under The Young Capitalist, articles, the name, the logo, and the tagline, is our intellectual property or used under license. You don't get ownership or a license to reuse it just by visiting the site.

Educational content, not financial advice

Everything published on The Young Capitalist, articles, newsletters, social posts, and anything else carrying our name, is for informational and educational purposes only. We break down business ideas, market trends, and financial concepts because understanding "the game" is genuinely useful. None of it is:

  • Personalized financial advice

  • Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset

  • Legal, tax, or accounting advice

  • A guarantee of any outcome, return, or result

We're not your financial advisor, and reading our content doesn't create an advisor-client relationship between us. Markets move, and every situation carries its own risk, so before acting on anything you read here, especially anything involving your own money, talk to a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney who can look at your specific circumstances.

No liability for outcomes

We put real effort into accuracy, but we're not infallible, and neither is any source we cite. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Young Capitalist and its founder are not liable for any loss, damage, or financial outcome, direct or indirect, that results from you relying on, acting on, or interpreting anything published on this site or across our channels. That includes decisions about investments, business ventures, or any other financial choice you make after reading our content.

Third-party content and links

We sometimes reference or link to outside sources, tools, or companies. We don't control them, and referencing them isn't an endorsement of everything they do. Use your own judgment before engaging with anything outside our site.

User submissions

If you comment, message us, or submit content to us, you're granting us the right to use, display, and reference it in connection with TYC. Don't submit anything that isn't yours to share or that violates someone else's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TYC grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
